Borrowing To Fund 2013 Budget

GOING    by the Medium-Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF), 2012-2014 prepared by the Budget Office, the Federal Government would incur domestic debt by borrowing a whooping N633.85billion for its proposed expenditure of N4.83trillion in 2013.
