Utuama Lauds Non-Indigenes’ Support For Delta PDP

THE Deputy Governor of Delta State, Professor Amos Utuama, SAN, has commended non-indigenes in the state for supporting the People’s Democratic Party.
The Deputy Governor, who gave the commendation in his office when members of Non-Indigenes Association of Delta State paid him a solidarity visit in Asaba, said the cooperation received so far would give victory to the party.
Utuama observed that the non-indigenes comprising the Yoruba, Ndigbo, Hausa, Nupe, Akwa-Ibom and Edo among others explained that PDP is for everybody and they would be carried along.
He urged them to support the Governorship candidate, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa and all other PDP candidates in order to remain relevant in the scheme of things.
The Deputy Governor charged them to educate their members on how to obtain their voters cards to enable them exercise their franchise during the elections.
The group led by Chief Joseph Ikena, Alhaji Lawal Imam, Chief Sunny Oluyole and Charles Iwuchukwu, were commended for the visit and charged them not to relent in ensuring that their members register for the elections.
