Origho Reiterates Commitment Towards Knowledge Based Civil Service

THE Delta State Head of Service (HOS), Mr. Patrick Origho has restated his commitment towards his continued pursuit of a knowledge based civil service that has integrity and discipline as the watch word.
Mr. origho stated this at a reception organised in his honour by his home community, Uriephron, assuring his people that he will not fail in the discharge of his duties as HOS especially with their prayers and support.
He assured them that he will continue to be committed to the course of the community both in service and out of service, adding that he has noted the list of demands and he will try his utmost best to attend to them.
The HOS thanked them for the honour done him which he said had proved the old aphorism wrong, for he is a prophet that is recognised even in his home town.
While declaring the ceremony open, the Chairman of the occasion Engr. Frank Efeduma, commended the HOS Mr. Patrick Origho for the support he had been giving to Usiefrun and Egbo communities and urged him not to relent especially now that God has elevated him.
Engr Efeduma urged him to do all he can to ensure that the only access road to the community which is dilapidated is reconstructed.
In a welcome remark, the chairman of the of the organising committee, Mr. Louis Ruadjere, thanked and prayed for the State Governor Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan for appointing their son as HOS to the Delta state civil service.
Ruadjere added that, “it is not everyday we have the privilege to celebrate one of our own. Today is a special day for the sons and daughters of Uriephron gathered here to celebrate our son, brother, friend and father, Mr. patrick Origho on his appointment to the exalted office of head of service to Delta state civil service,” he said.
