I Have My Fears –Gen Haruna

FOLLOWING the recent emergence
of Dr. (Mrs.) Marian Alli’s bill boards in the streets of Asaba, the Delta North People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Barrister Peter Nwaoboshi, has urged the people not to be deceived as he remains the candidate of the party.
Barrister Nwaoboshi made the assertion during the resumed PDP ward to ward campaign at Cable Point and Okwe in Oshimili South local government area, yesterday.
He said those behind the placement of the bill boards were jokers as the PDP has declared him as the party’s candidate and he will fight to retain the ticket and represent Delta North in the Senate.
The candidate pleaded with the people to vote for PDP candidates in all the positions, assuring that if elected, the candidates would ensure
that Asaba gets its place as a state capital in 2015.
Also speaking, the member representing Oshimili South constituency in the House of Assembly and candidate of PDP for the position in 2015, Right Hon Peter Onwusanya, appealed to aggrieved party members to sheath their swords and work for the success of the party in all positions.
He assured that dividends of democracy would reach the people if they cast their votes for the PDP, as the party had mapped out measures to sustain its youth and women empowerment programmes.
While urging them to ensure their collect their Permanent Voter Cards to enable them vote in the various elections, Hon Onwusanya said the gains ahead would be beyond expectations.
