Amori, Accepted By The People, Says PDP Chieftain

THE victory of Chief Ighoyota Amori as Senator-elect at the re-scheduled Delta Central Senatorial election shows that he was the most acceptable and qualified candidate by the people of Urhobo nation.
A People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Chieftain from Ethiope East Local Government Area and a founding member of the party since 1999, Chief Soso Enakerakpo made the assertion to journalists immediately the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) announced Chief Ighoyota Amori as the winner of the re-run Delta central Senatorial polls.
Chief Enakerakpo maintained that Chief Amori is an astute Politician who has worked and contributed immensely to the victory of the PDP in Delta state and therefore deserves the good things of the party.
According to him, Chief Ighoyota Amori had been making people to occupy political office positions like Governor James Onanefe Ibori, Governor Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, members of the National and State Assemblies, and that he who made people can also make himself, hence, his overwhelming victory having the highest of the total vote cast at the polls to beat his ace rival Barr. Ovie-Omo Agege of the Labour Party and Hon. Halims Agoda of All Progressives Congress (APC).
The PDP Stalwart submitted that Chief Amori would give a robust and effective representation at the Senate as he has the interest of the Urhobo Nation at heart to attract dividends of democracy and development as he would be an active and vibrant Senator at the National Assembly.
Chief Soso Enakerakpo thanked the people of Delta Central Senatorial district for coming out enmasse to vote massively, for Chief Ighoyota Amori in a free, fair and credible election.
