Give Thanks To God Always, Cleric Advises Christians

Christians have been advised to thank God always in any situation they find themselves.
he Regional Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries, Mid West Region Twenty-One, Pastor Samson Dayo Michael gave the advice during a night deliverance crusade organized by the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries, with a theme “Total Deliverance by fire” at Ogwashi-Uku.
e said that God loves and cares for his faithful servants, and called on Christians to always worship God in truth and in spirit to enable them enjoy His blessings.
The cleric reminded Christians that whatever they sow they would reap because ,God according to him, ‘is not mocked’, adding that Christians should always have faith in God even if they are facing challenges.
e said the Intra-Regional Council of Midwest Region was grateful to God with the great crusade which witnessed over 1,000 people in attendance.
Pastor Samson said the great success of the crusade was made possible through the General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracle Ministries World Wide, Dr. D.K Olukoya, describing him as a great servant of God, that has the interest of the church and others at heart.
He equally lauded Pastor Tayo Olutunji, the Senior Regional Overseer of Mid West Region Six, for his immense contributions to the success of the programme and other regional overseers in the axis for their love for the work of God.
Pastor Festus Adiole, the Regional Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracle Ministries Midwest Region Twenty-Four, who was the speaker at the programme in a sermon he entitled “I did not choose this problem, but I will overcome” urged Christians never to ask God’ why’ in any situation they found themselves, but rather, they should be faithful and believe in the victory of God.
e said Christians should know that the only reason why the enemies is always attacking them, is because they are jealous of them and do not want them to fulfill their God-given destiny.
Adiole explained that job did not choose the calamity that befell him and yet in his condition he never asked God why, urging Christians to emulate the faith of Job.
e charged Christians to always know God and keep His commandments, to enable them be able to overcome their challenges.
