Group Canvasses North Residents Support For Okowa 2019 Project

RESIDENTS of communities and local government areas in Delta North Senatorial District have been charged to remain committed to the re-election of Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, come 2019.
The Chairman of Delta State Waste Management Board, Ogbueshi Douglas Okolotu, gave the charge at a special reception for the Oshimili South Local Government Executives of Delta Political Vanguard (DPV).
He explained that the people of Oshimili South must support Senator Okowa as he is the only person that has managed the lean resources of the state satisfactorily and has the interest of the people at heart.
Ogbueshi Okolotu, who is the Director-General of DPV, pointed out that Oshimili South recorded impressive votes during the 2015 general elections and with the DPV, the local government will garner more votes to deliver Okowa. Also speaking, the Director of Operations representing Delta North in Direct Labour Agency (DLA) and one of the leaders of DPV, Engineer Smart Meka, said Senator Okowa has performed excellently to deserve a second term and enjoined the people of Oshimili South local government area and Deltans in general to work towards victory for Senator Okowa come 2019.
Engineer Meka promised to commit time and resources for the realization of the Okowa 2019 Project in the interest of Delta North people.
Also speaking, the Coordinator of DPV, Hon Monday Okoboshi, said that the group was waxing stronger and pursuing its objectives with vigor, even as he expressed hope that Okowa 2019 Project will achieve positive result.
Among those present were Ogbueshi Chris Okonkwo, Mr. Austin Mgbeze, Chiedu Uzorwulu and Barrister Bridget Anyafulu.
