Williams Charges Xtians To Heed God’s Call

Omatsola Williams, has charged Christian
evangelists to heed the call of God
by propagating the gospel of Christ in
all crannies of the earth.
Rev. Williams made this call in
her office in Asaba when the executive
members of the National Council
of Evangelists, Church of the Lord,
(prayer fellowship) worldwide, paid
her a courtesy call as a grand patron of the group.
The commissioner, who lauded the
group for the visit, being the first this
year , charged the members to continue
to obey the commandment of Christ to
go into the world to preach the gospel to
the inner most part through evangelism
to win souls to the kingdom, rather than
being static in one position .
According to her, ‘’ As evangelists, the
calling is to move from place to place
to preach the gospel rather than being
static in one position’’. She charged
them to redesign the their programme
by going back to the basis of evangelism
as the foremost evangelists the group
is known for in the
country by fulfilling
the great expectations by waking
up from their slumber. She encouraged
them to continue to show the light
and reclaim their position as foremost
evangelists.
Earlier , the President of the Council,
Rev. Osijo Albert, said the purpose of the
visit was to congratulate her on her appointment
as well as to appreciate her
for her meaningful achievements for
the ministry and the state while there
is a need to intimate her on their fourth
coming conference to be co- hosted by
Edo and Delta states.
