Move DBS To Enviable Height, Ogeah Tells New GMs

Delta State Commissioner for Information, Chike Ogeah Esq yesterday charged the newly-appointed General Managers for Delta Broadcasting Service (DBS) Asaba and Warri to put in their best and turn the stations around for the benefit of Deltans.
The Commissioner gave the charge while handing over letters of appointments to Barrister Albert Oshiogbor of DBS Asaba and Mr. Tunde Omonode of DBS Warri in a brief ceremony in his office, in Asaba.
Ogeah said the two stations are very dear to the governor and the people of the state, hence their appointments to engender professionalism that will move the stations forward.
He disclosed that the digitization of the two stations is on course as the second phase of the project will soon commence to enable Deltans receive the stations in all parts of the state and beyond.
While congratulating them for their appointments, Ogeah urged the new GMs to work hard and carry everybody along in the scheme of things adding that Deltans expect the best from them.
Responding on behalf of his colleague, Barrister Albert Oshiogbor thanked the Governor and the Commissioner for the appointments.
He promised that though there are lots of challenges; they will try their best to reposition the stations for better services to the people of the state.
Present during the ceremony were the State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Charles Ajuyah (SAN) and the state chairman of NUJ, Comrade Norbert Chiazor amongst other Directors of the ministry.
